Working with Adults

I work with adults at every stage of life, recognizing that each stage brings its own set of challenges and opportunities for growth. Whether you're navigating a significant life transition, experiencing depression, anxiety or relationship difficulties, struggling with identity, or feeling stuck in longstanding patterns, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity.

My work with adults is grounded in the understanding that our earliest relationships and experiences often continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop deeper self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change that feels authentic and aligned with your values.

Parents

Parenting can be rewarding and challenging in equal measure, especially when a child is struggling emotionally or relationally. I support parents who want to better understand their child, strengthen connection and respond to difficult behaviors or developmental transitions with confidence and compassion.

We will explore what feels pertinent to you - strengthening communication and connection, navigating conflicts and family dynamics, supporting children through their development with parenting strategies rooted in attachment, or understanding how your own upbringing influences how you parent.

I offer guidance without judgment, supporting parents in making thoughtful, informed choices while honoring the values and strengths already present in their family system

Teens and Young Adults
I am experienced working with young people navigating their teen and early adult life, creating a warm and safe environment where you can explore who you are and who you're becoming. I support those with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational stress, and difficulties with self-esteem and identity development. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I am passionate about supporting young people as they navigate identity, belonging and self-expression.

In sessions we may focus on developing emotional awareness and regulation, understanding relational patterns, and navigating academic, social, or family stressors. I integrate talk therapy with practical tools such as mindfulness, communication skills, and cognitive-behavioral strategies, to help clients feel more grounded and capable in their daily lives.

The therapeutic process often includes helping adolescents and emerging adults make sense of how their experiences and internal narratives shape how they feel and respond, while also building confidence, resilience, and a clearer sense of self.
Foster and Adoption Communities

I have specialized training and experience supporting the foster and adoption community, including adoptive parents, adoptees, and individuals with experiences of foster care. My work in this area is informed by both personal and professional experience, and I approach this work with sensitivity to the complexities of family systems, identity, loss and attachment.
